Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If you are a consumer in Norway or the EEA, you may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days of receiving the product without giving a reason. The period begins the day after delivery. To exercise withdrawal, send a clear statement to contact@detoxificationfl.world before the deadline. You may use our contact form at reach-us.html referencing your order number.
Return Condition
Products must be returned in substantially unused condition with intact seals on card decks and undamaged corners on posters. Reminder stands must include all parts and original packaging. Minor inspection is acceptable; visible wear from office use may reduce refund amounts.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, you bear direct return shipping costs using a trackable service within Norway. We recommend insured post for poster tubes. Address returns to Laksevågneset 12, 5160 Laksevåg, Norway with your order reference on the parcel.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we refund the product price in NOK and standard outbound delivery fee within fourteen days using the original payment method. We may withhold refund until goods are received or you provide proof of shipment.
Defective or Wrong Items
If cards arrive warped, stands wobble due to manufacturing fault, or posters show misprint, contact us within thirty days with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund including return shipping at our expense per Norwegian consumer purchase law.
Business Orders
Orders placed by companies for employee wellness programs may be subject to separate commercial terms agreed in writing. Unless stated, business sales are final after acceptance when products are customized with logos.

Free mini-exercise descriptions on detoxificationfl.world are not returnable goods. Paid workshop fees follow cancellation terms communicated in your booking confirmation.
Exchanges
You may exchange an unopened Desk Cue Card Deck for a Movement Reminder Stand by returning the original item and placing a new order. Price differences and shipping apply.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened card decks missing shrink wrap, posters cut or mounted, and stands with scratched bases after assembly are not eligible for withdrawal refunds unless defective.
Processing Time
Allow five business days for inspection after we receive returns. Refunds may take additional banking days to appear.
